Return and Refund Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

At Zaura Designs, we want you to have a smooth experience with your digital purchases. Please read this policy before placing an order.

1. Digital Products

Zaura Designs sells digital products, including crochet patterns, PDF guides, educational resources, courses, and downloadable bundles. No physical products are shipped.

2. Order Cancellation

Digital orders may be processed and delivered immediately after payment. Once a download link or digital access has been provided, cancellation may not be possible in every case. Any cancellation request will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, change-of-mind refunds may not be available after successful delivery and access.

However, you may contact us for assistance or a refund review if:

  • You paid but did not receive your digital product.

  • Your download link is broken or inaccessible and we cannot resolve the issue.

  • The file is corrupted or materially defective.

  • The product received is materially different from the description.

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

Requests will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please email us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] with:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Relevant screenshots, if applicable

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on your payment provider or bank.

5. Download and Access Issues

Before requesting a refund, please contact our support team if you experience difficulties downloading or extracting your files. For large ZIP files, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer with sufficient storage space.

6. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
