1. No Physical Shipping

Zaura Designs specializes in digital products, including crochet patterns, PDF guides, courses, and downloadable bundles.

No physical product will be shipped. Shipping fees and physical delivery timelines do not apply to digital-only orders.

2. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, your digital product will be made available through the delivery method specified at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Depending on the product, delivery may be provided through an email, a download link, or a secure third-party file-hosting service.

3. Delivery Time

Digital access is generally provided shortly after successful payment. In some cases, processing, email delivery, or payment verification may cause delays.

Please check your inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder before contacting support.

4. Large File Downloads

Some bundles contain ZIP files of approximately 4 GB.

For the best experience, we recommend:

• Downloading the ZIP file before extracting it.

Download time depends on your internet speed and device.

5. Missing or Broken Download Links

If you do not receive your digital product or your link does not work, contact us with your order number and checkout email address.

We will investigate the issue and help restore access where possible.

6. Download Access and Storage

Customers are responsible for keeping their own downloaded backup copies. Lifetime access, where advertised, refers to continued access under the applicable product terms and remains subject to reasonable technical and service limitations.
